Representative Denny McNamara, Chair of the Committee on Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Policy and Finance called the forty-eighth meeting to order at 8:17 a.m. on January 31, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

HFXXXX DNR Game and Fish Bill.
Bob Meier, MN Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Kathy DonCarlos (DNR), Steve Merchant (DNR) and Dirk Peterson (DNR) testified on the Game and Fish bill.
HF1923 (Odriscoll) Water conservation rate structure requirement eliminated.
Rep.Fabian presented H.F. 1923.
Patti Gartland, Sartell City Administrator, Bill Schluenz, Waite Park Public Works Superintendent, Dave Lether, (DNR) and Gary Botsek, MN Conservation Federation, testified on H.F. 1923.
Representative Torkelson assumed the gavel at 9:28 a.m.
Representative McNamara assumed the gavel at 9:34 a.m.
H.F. 1923 was held over.
Representative Drazkowski moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on January 26, 2012 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:59 a.m.
