Representative Abeler, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:35 P.M. on March 1, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative McDonald moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 24, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
