Representative Gottwalt, Chair, of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:35 P.M. on January 24, 2012, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gottwalt called the meeting officially to order at 2:35 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Fritz moved the minutes of May 4, 2011 and October 24, 2011 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
