MINUTES
Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM on February 1st, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Vogel moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on January 27, 2011 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee heard testimony on Higher Education Remedial Coursework.
