Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the fifty-fourth meeting to order at 10:21 a.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2012, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Hilty moved that the minutes of March 14, 2012, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2789 (McDonald) Drug and methamphetamine paraphernalia definitions amended.
Representative McDonald moved that HF2789 be recommended to pass and sent to the General Register.
