MINUTES

Representative Anderson B, Chair, called the meeting to order at 12:30pm. On January 31, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Davids moved approval of the minutes of January 24, 2010.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

HF 15 Military pension income tax subtraction created.

Rep. Koenen moved that HF 15 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee.

HF 99 Tax exemption provided for property owned and operated by veterans organizations.

Rep. Anzelc moved that HF 99 be passed and re-referred to the Taxes Committee.

HF 105 Washington County; Disabled Veterans Rest Camp on Big Marine Lake matching grant funding provided to be used for improvements, and money appropriated.

Rep. Dettmer moved HF 105 be passed and re-referred to the State Government Finance Committee.
