Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM on February 17, 2001, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

No members were excused. All members were present.

A quorum was not present.

Matt Massman, Assistant Commission for Tax Division, Department of Revenue continued the overview of Governor Dayton's State Taxes and Local Aids and Credits Budget.
A quorum was present: 10:22 AM.

Representative Koenen moved to approve the minutes dated February 16, 2011. Motion prevailed: Minutes are approved.
Matt Massman, Assistant Commission for Tax Division, Department of Revenue continued the overview of Governor Dayton’s State Taxes and Local Aids and Credits Budget.

Eric Willette, Property Tax Research Director , Department of Revenue.
Paul Wilson, Research Director, Department of Revenue.
Representative Loon assumed the gavel at 11:39 AM.
Representative Davids reassumed the gavel at 11:47 AM.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:59 AM.
