Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM on February 22, 2011 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.

Matt Massman, Assistant Commissioner for Tax Division, Department of Revenue continued the overview of Governor Dayton's State Taxes and Local Aids and Credits Budget.
A quorum was present at: 10:23 AM.

Representative Erickson moved to approve the minutes dated February 17, 2011. Motion prevailed: Minutes are approved.
Matt Massman, Assistant Commissioner for Tax Division, Department of Revenue continued the overview of Governor Dayton’s State Taxes and Local Aids and Credits Budget.
Committee heard public testimony on State Taxes and Local Aids & Credits portion of Governor Dayton's Budget.
