Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM on February 16, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.

A quorum was present at 10:18 AM
Representative Marquart moved to approve the minutes dated February 15, 2011. Motion prevailed: Minutes are approved.
Matt Massman, Assistant Commission for Tax Division, Department of Revenue gave overview of Governor Dayton's State Taxes and Local Aids and Credits Budget.
Testifier on Governor Dayton’s State Taxes and Local Aids and Credits Budget:
Mark Peterson, Attorney, Department of Revenue.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 PM.
