Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. on March 29, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Crawford moved to approve the minutes dated March 27, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Chair Davids moved HF2786 pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE BILL WAS PASSED AND RE-REFERRED TO THE COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS.

Chair Davids moved HF2792 (Doepke) be passed and re-referred to the Committee on Education Finance.

Chair Davids renewed his motion that HF2792 pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Education Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE BILL WAS PASSED AND RE-REFERRED TO THE COMMITTEE ON EDUCATION FINANCE.

Chair Davids moved HF2690 (Davids).

Chair Davids moved the A12-0810 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Davids moved the H2690A5 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
