MINUTES
Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:30 PM on May 6, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.
Representative O'Driscoll presented HF1601 to the committee.
A quorum was present at 2:36 PM.
Representative Mack moved to approve the minutes dated May 4, 2011. Motion prevailed: Minutes were approved.
Chair Davids moved HF1601.
Chair Davids moved an oral amendment to HF1601 to read as follows:
Page 1, line 10: Delete "and" and insert a comma, and after "19.04174.00" insert "," and "and 19.04176.00"
The motion prevailed. Amendment was adopted.
