Representative Fritz, Vice-Chair of Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:06 PM on April 3, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Falk moved to approve the minutes from the meeting April 2, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1682 (Atkins) Omnibus Commerce Budget Bill.

Rep. Atkins moved HF 1682 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways & Means.

Rep. Atkins moved the A13-0365 amendment.

Rep. Atkins moved to orally amend the A13-0365 amendment, by adding the number "1682" to line 1.1 following the words "H.F. No." THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Atkins moved the A13-0365 amendment, as amended. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Dehn moved the A13-0383 amendment.

Rep. Dehn withdrew the A13-0383 amendment.

HF 1282 (Gunther) Winnebago; sunset removed on an exemption provision.

Rep. Hoppe moved that HF 1282 be laid over for possible inclusion in the liquor omnibus bill.

Rep. Hoppe moved the H1282A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
