Representative Melissa Hortman, Chair of the Energy Policy Committee, called the second meeting to order at 12:31 P.M. on, January 15, 2013, in room 5 of the State Office Building.

Burl W. Haar, Executive Secretary, Minnesota Public Utilities Commission gave a PowerPoint presentation of the Commission.
A handout "January 15, 2013 Overview of the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission," was given to Committee members.
Beverly Jones Heydinger, Chair, Minnesota Public Utilities Commission also addressed the committee.
