ENERGY POLICY COMMITTEE
MINUTES

Representative Melissa Hortman, Chair of the Energy Policy Committee, called the twenty-seventh meeting to order at 12:34 P.M. on, March 10, 2014, in room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hortman moved HF2537 before the Committee.

HF2537 (Marquart) Propane; terms of sale and service regulated and service during the heating season discontinued with respect to residential propane customers, and registration of and reporting by propane distributors required.

Representative Hortman moved adoption of amendment H2537DE1.
The amendment was adopted.

Representative Beard moved adoption of amendment SCS2164A-5
The amendment was withdrawn.

Representative Hortman recommended that HF2537 be re-referred as amended to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance Committee.
The motion prevailed.
