MINUTES

Representative Wagenius, Chair of the Committee on Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Finance, called the meeting to order at 8:19 a.m., Tuesday, March 25th, 2014, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.


The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF605 (Winkler) Second Engrossment Children protected from harmful chemical exposure in products, priority chemical identification criteria amended, harmful chemical disclosure required by manufacturers of children's products, Pollution Control Agency authorized to prohibit sales of children's products that contain harmful chemicals, waiver process provided, fees established, and criminal penalty provided.

Representative McNamara moved to re-refer HF605 Second Engrossment, to the Committee on Environment Policy and requested a roll call vote on the motion.

Chair Wagenius moved that HF605 Second Engrossment, be laid over for possible inclusion in the Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Finance omnibus finance bill.

Chair Falk reconvened the Committee in Room 200 at 6:01 p.m.

Staff, upon request, provided an explanation of the previously adopted, H3158A10 amendment.

Chair Falk moved that Staff is authorized to make technical corrections necessary to reflect the will of committee and spreadsheet. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Wagenius renewed her motion that HF3158, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
