Representative Liebling, Chair of Committee on Health and Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 2:17 PM January 28, 2014 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

At 2:19 Representative Moran assumed the gavel.

Chair Liebling presented information on HF 1966 (Liebling) Children in foster care prevented from being exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke.
