Rep. Hilstrom, chair of the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 2:18 p.m. on Tuesday March 18, 2014 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Hilstrom moved that HF 2446 (Simonson), Board of Pharmacy cease and desist authority granted to prevent the sale of synthetic drugs, laws governing misbranding or adulterated drugs modified, drug definition expanded, sunset and legislative reporting requirement for the Board of Pharmacy's emergency drug scheduling authority repealed, training and expert support provided in the prosecution of synthetic drug cases, public education plan established, and money appropriated, be re-referred to the Committee on Health and Human Services Finance.
