MINUTES

Representative John Benson, Vice-Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:38 AM on Friday, May 10, 2013, in Room 118 of the State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative John Ward moved approval of the Thursday, May 9, 2013 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.


Vice-Chair John Benson moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Tuesday, May 14, 2013 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Vice-Chair Benson moved approval of 2013-R15. Resolution on Facilities.

Vice-Chair Benson moved approval of 2013-R16. Resolution on Parking.

Vice-Chair Benson moved approval of 2013-R17, Journal Resolution.
THE MOTION PREVAILED


The committee recessed at 9:40 AM.


The committee reconvened at 7:05 PM in Room 5 of the State Office Building.


Chair Erin Murphy moved that Rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived and that HF 157 be passed and sent to the General Register.

Representative Hilstrom moved to amend HF157 as follows: delete lines 4.11 through 4.16.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Erin Murphy renewed her motion that Rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived and that HF 157 be passed as amended and sent to the General Register.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Chair Erin Murphy moved that Rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived and that HF 1801 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.


The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 PM.
