Representative Murphy, Chair of Committee on State Government Finance and Veterans Affairs, called the meeting to order at 2:20 April 1, 2014 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Murphy presented HF 1951: Duluth Teachers Retirement Fund Association retirement plan and fund consolidation into the statewide Teachers Retirement Association provided.
