MINUTES
Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 pm February 14 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Schoen assumed the gavel at 12:33 pm.
A quorum was present.
Representative Zellers moved the minutes from February 13th.
The minutes were approved.
Representative Davids moved HF 37 to the committee.
Beth Strinden Kadoun of Minnesota Chamber of Commerce testified in opposition of HF 37.
Jill Larson of Minnesota Business Partnership testified in opposition of HF 37.
Mary O'Connor of Burnsville testified in favor of HF 37.
Representative Mullery, Joel Michael and Ms. Kadoun answered questions of the committee.
HF 37 was laid over for possible inclusion to the Taxes Omnibus bill.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:02 pm.
