Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee Taxes, called the joint meeting to order on March 19, at 12:30 PM in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Myhra moved HF 1437

Representative Dettmer presented HF 1437 (Dettmer) Forest Lake Economic Development Authority duration extended, tax increment financing authorized, and authority extended.

Representative Hansen presented HF 1336 (Hansen) Fracturing sand extraction and processing tax imposed, aggregate production tax rates modified, money appropriated, and criminal penalties provided.

Representative Melin moved that the minutes from March 4, 2013, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
