MINUTES

Representative Hornstein, Chair of the Committee on Transportation Finance, called the meeting to order at 10:04 AM on March 21, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF348 (Clark) Driver's License Application Procedures and Requirements Modified

Chair Hornstein moved that HF348 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the House Committee on Ways & Means.

HF123 (Quam) Transportation Department Periodic Review Required for Property Owned by the State for the Purpose of Determining a Surplus

Rep. Holberg moved HF123, as amended, for consideration before the committee.

Rep. Holberg moved adoption of the H0123A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1416 (Erhardt) Transportation Relate 0d0 Provisions Amended Including Logo Sign Program, Trunk Highway Routes, State-aid Systems, Motor Vehicle registration, License Plates, Vehicle Dealers, Pupil Transportation, Traffic Regulations, Bicycles, Parking, Motor Vehicle Equipment, Driver Licensing, Agency Organization, Commercial Vehicle Regulations, Railroads, Land Conveyance and Autonomous Vehicle.

Rep. Erhardt moved HF1416 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the House Committee on Ways & Means.

Rep. Erhart moved the H1416A17 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Metsa moved the A13-0336 amendment be adopted.
