Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the third meeting to order at 12:47 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2014, in Room Ten of the State Office Building.

Introduction by MMB Capital Bonding Coordinator Jennifer Hassemer.
