MINUTES
Representative Swedzinski, Vice Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the eighth meeting to order at 12:50 P.M. on Thursday, February 5, 2015, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Swedzinski assumed the gavel and began the meeting at 12:45 P.M. A quorum was not present.
Representative Swedzinski called the meeting to order at 12:50 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Rarick moved to approve the minutes of February 3, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Kristin Hanson, Assistant Commissioner for Debt Management and Treasury, at Minnesota Management and Budget presented an overview of the Minnesota Management and Budget Cancellation Report.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:06 P.M.
