MINUTES

Representative Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on March 10th, 2015, in the Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Scott called the meeting to order at 8:18 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Vogel moved to approve the minutes from March 5th, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

At 8:19 A.M. Representative Smith assumed the gavel.

Representative Scott moved HF518 be re-referred to the Committee on Public Safety and Crime Prevention.

Representative Scott renewed her motion that HF518 be re-referred to the Committee on Public Safety and Crime Prevention. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Scott moved HF497 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Lesch moved an oral amendment on HF155 on lines 1.12, 1.17, 1.22, 2.22, and 2.6 strike the word “are” and replace with the word “is.” The language was incorporated into HF155.

Representative Scott moved HF155 as amended be re-referred to the Committee on Public Safety.

Representative Hilstrom requested a roll call vote. The results were as follows:
