MINUTES

Representative Joe Hoppe, Chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee, began the meeting at 2:43 PM on March 30, 2016 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Janesville; on-sale intoxicating liquor license issuance by cities to municipal golf courses authorized, and Janesville authorized to issue a license for Prairie Ridge Golf Club.

Representative Hoppe moved that HF2644 be laid over for possible inclusion in a local licensing omnibus bill.

Representative Lillie moved that HF2748 be laid over for possible inclusion in a local licensing omnibus bill.

Representative Kresha moved to approve the minutes of March 29, 2016. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

St. Cloud State University liquor license authorized.

Representative Theis moved that HF2918 be laid over for possible inclusion in a local licensing omnibus bill.
