MINUTES

Representative Joe Hoppe, Chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:47 p.m. on January 20th, 2015, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Sanders moved that the minutes of January 14, 2015 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Mr. Tom DiPasquale, Executive Director, and Mr. Joe Scurto, Deputy Director, gave an overview of the Minnesota Racing Commission.

Mr. Randy Sampson, Chief Executive Officer, gave an overview of Canterbury Park.

Ms. Tracie Wilson, Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Doug Franzen gave an overview of Running Aces Harness Park.

Mr. Tom Barrett, Executive Director, gave an overview of the Minnesota Gambling Control Board.

Mr. Al Lund, Executive Director, gave an overview of Allied Charities of Minnesota.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:32 p.m.
