MINUTES

Representative McNamara, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 a.m. on April 16, 2015 in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Clark moved the H0846A6 amendment.

Informational hearing on the H0846A6 amendment.

Line 1.7, strike “48 hours” and insert “two business days”.

Representative Uglem moved the H0846A24 amendment. The amendment was adopted.

Representative Newberger moved the H0846A38 amendment. The amendment was adopted.

Representative Newberger moved to orally amend the H0846A38 amendment as follows:
Line 1.8, delete “1”, and insert “15”.

Representative Persell moved the H0846A15-0482 amendment and requested a roll call.

Representative Johnson moved to orally amend H0846A12 as follows: On line 1.7, strike “an” and insert “a”. The amendment oral amendment was adopted.

Representative Torkelson moved the H0846A26 amendment. The amendment was adopted.

Representative McNamara moved to orally amend H0846DE3 as follows:

Page 23, line 23.15, delete “$4,423,000” and insert, “$3,423.000”.
Page 23, line 23.30, delete “$3,116,000” and insert, “$4,116,000”.
The oral amendment was adopted.

Vice Chair Fabian assumed the chair at 9:58 a.m.
Chair McNamara assumed the chair at 10:38 a.m.

Representative Hackbarth moved the H0846A32 amendment. The amendment was adopted.

Representative Hackbarth moved to orally amend the H0846A32 amendment as follows:
Line 1.7, delete “$593,000” and insert “$568,000”.
Line 1.9, delete”$300,000” and insert “$325,000”.
The oral amendment was adopted.

Representative Hackbarth moved the H0846A18 amendment. The amendment was adopted.

Representative Hackbarth moved to orally amend the H0846A18 amendment as follows:

Page 8, line 8.27, delete Section 14.
The oral amendment was adopted.



Representative Hansen moved the H0846A15 amendment and requested a roll call.
