MINUTES

Representative Sanders, Chair of the Government Operations and Election Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:20 AM on March 24, 2016 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Pugh moved to approve the minutes from March 23, 2016.

HF2866 (McNamara) Invasive special control provided, wild rice license requirements modified, streamlined review of plans and regulations provided, civil penalties provided and modified, and report required.

Chair Sanders moved to re-refer HF2866 to the Environment and Natural Resources Committee.

HF2585 (Nash) Interim ordinance two-thirds vote required, and public hearing after 30-day notice before imposing an interim ordinance relating to housing required.
