HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMITTEE
MINUTES

Representative Dean, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:51pm on March 31st, 2016, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dean called the meeting to order at 12:51pm, a quorum was present.

Representative Dean moved the HF 2865 be re-referred to the Committee on Higher Education.

Representative Dean moved the DE2 amendment. The motion PREVAILED.

Representative Whelan; Rep. Andre Jacque, Wisconsin Assembly Member; Dr. Tara Lee, Wisconsin Medical College of Wisconsin; Dr. Maria Feeney, Wisconsin Medical College of Wisconsin; Brian Gibson, Pro-Life Action Ministries, all presented on HF 2865, as amended.

Representative Dean renewed his motion that HF 2865 be re-referred to the Committee on Higher Education.

Representative Liebling requested a roll call. The results were as follows:
