HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Dean, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:49pm on February 17th, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. It was noted that this was a joint meeting between the Health & Human Services Reform Committee and the Health & Human Services Finance Committee.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dean began the meeting at 12:49pm. A quorum was present.
James Noble, Legislative Auditor, MN Office of the Legislative Auditor and Joel Alter, Evaluation Manager, MN Office of the Legislative Auditor, presented on the Minnesota Health Insurance Exchange (MNsure) Evaluation by the Office of the Legislative Auditor (OLA).
Scott Leitz, CEO, MNsure and Brian Beutner, Chair, MNsure Board of Directors, answered members’ questions.
Commissioner Lucinda Jesson, MN Department of Human Services, answered members’ questions.
Michael Turpin, General Counsel, MNsure, answered members’ questions.
