HF2817 (Newberger) Emission credits resulting from implementation of federal carbon emissions reduction requirements allocated. The bill, as previously amended by the adopted A16-1041 amendment, was laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
Representative Newberger moved HF2817, as previously amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill
