Representative Dave Baker, Vice Chair of the Job Growth & Energy Affordability Policy & Finance Committee, began the meeting at 6:01 P.M. on Tuesday, February 10, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Baker called the meeting officially to order at 6:22 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Garofalo moved to approve the minutes from the previous hearing. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Bob Eleff, Research Analyst at the Minnesota House of Representatives; Doug Larson, Vice President of Regulatory Services at the Dakota Electric Association; Joel Johnson, Minnesota Rural Electric Association; Betsy Engleking, Geronimo Energy and Rick Evans, Director of Regional Government Affairs at Xcel Energy gave overview of solar energy issues in Minnesota.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:01 P.M.
