MINUTES
Representative Hackbarth, Chair of the Mining and Outdoor Recreation Policy Committee, called the ninth meeting to order at 2:52 P.M. on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hackbarth called the meeting to order at 2:52 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Yarusso moved to approve the minutes of February 11, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
H.F.0382 Erickson, Requiring report on management costs for certain fisheries; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 97C.
Representative Hackbarth moved that bill H.F.382 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
Representative Hackbarth moved the H0382A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Erickson testified on H.F.382 and took questions from committee members.

Representative Hackbarth renewed the motion that H.F.382, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
