MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:17 A.M. on April 5, 2016 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Cornish called the meeting to order at 10:17 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Howe moved the minutes of March 31, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3385 (Heintzeman): Driving without a valid license repeat violations penalties enhanced and minimum fines established.

Representative Cornish moved HF3385 be referred to the General Register.
