MINUTES

Representative Peppin, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am on May 5, 2015, in the basement hearing room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fenton called the meeting to order at 10:30 am. A quorum was present.

Representative O’Neill moved to approve the minutes from the previous meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Fenton moved the Calendar for the Day, May 7, 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Fenton moved that Joint Rule 2.03 be waived for House File 2193 and that it be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Fenton moved that Joint Rule 2.03 be waived for House File 1947 and that it be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.





The meeting was adjourned at 10:35 am.
