Representative Drazkowski, Chair of the Property Tax and Local Government Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 11:03 A.M. on April 17, 2015, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Pinto moved that the minutes of April 16, 2015 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Davnie moved the H0984A35 amendment be incorporated into the A15-0452 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL AND THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT INCORPORATED.
Representative Lenczewski moved the H0984A36 amendment be incorporated into the A15-0452 amendment.

Representative Davnie withdrew the H0984A24 amendment.
Chair Drazkowski moved the H0984A42 amendment be incorporated into the A15-0452 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Nick Riley, Intergovernmental Relations Coordinator, Ramsey County, testified on the A15-0498 amendment.
Stephen Baker, Assessor, Ramsey County, testified on the A15-0498 amendment.
Chair Drazkowski moved that HF984 come before the committee.
HF984 (Drazkowski): Division report.
Chair Drazkowski moved the A15-0452 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Drazkowski moved that HF984, as amended, be referred to the Taxes Committee.
