MINUTES

Representative Drazkowski, Chair of the Property Tax and Local Government Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 8:18AM on March 30th, 2016, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Backer testified on HF2936.

Representative Drazkowski called the meeting to order at 8:26AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Erickson moved the minutes of March 23rd, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Drazkowski moved HF3403 come before the committee.

Representative Koznick moved HF2719 come before the committee.

Representative Erickson moved the HF2719A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep Petersburg testified on HF2719.

Chris Schoenherr, Director of Agency and Government Relations, Southern Minnesota Municipal Power Agency, testified on HF2719.

Chair Drazkowski moved HF2719 be laid on the table.

HF2998 (Peterson) Ground lease payment inclusion when filing for the homestead credit state refund by shareholders of manufactured home park cooperative allowed.

Representative Hertaus moved HF2998 come before the committee.

Representative Peterson testified on HF2998.

Kevin Walker, Director of Business Development, Northcountry Cooperative Foundation testified on HF2998.

Chair Drazkowski moved HF2998 be laid on the table.
