MINUTES
Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, began the meeting at 9:32 A.M. on March 2, 2015 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Knoblach began the meeting at 9:32 A.M. A quorum was not present.

Representative Knoblach called the meeting officially to order at 9:35 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Hamilton moved the minutes of February 23, 2015 to be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Loon moved that HF2 be recommended to be sent to the General Register.

Representative Loon moved the H0002A55 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Loon, Melissa Johnson, House Fiscal Staff, Britta Reitan, Executive Budget Coordinator, Minnesota Management and Budget, Tom Melcher, Director of Education Finance, Minnesota Department of Education and Erin Doan, Executive Director, Minnesota Board of Teaching testified on HF2.

Representative Loon renewed her motion that HF2, as amended, be recommended to be sent to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was recessed at 12:00 P.M.

The meeting was reconvened at 5:22 and immediately adjourned.
