MINUTES
Representative Paul Anderson, chair of the Agriculture Policy Committee, called the meeting of the Agriculture Policy Committee to order at 4:20 PM on May 20th, 2018, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 4:20 p.m. A quorum was present.
Representative Nornes moved that the minutes of May 19th, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Committee resolution of action to delay adoption of Minnesota Department of Agriculture proposed Groundwater Protection Rule pursuant to Minnesota’s statute section 14.126.

Representative Pierson moved that the committee resolution CS-RES03 be adopted.
Representative Poppe requested a roll call vote on the committee resolution CS-RES03, the results were as follows:
