Representative Urdahl, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, started the meeting at 3:01 PM on March 13, 2018, in the Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

Representative Sauke moved the minutes from March 7, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
