Representative Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:04 P.M. on February 21st, 2017, in Room Five of the State Office Building.

Representative Marquart moved that the minutes of February 16th, 2017 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
