Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:02 P.M. on April 17th, 2018 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Theis moved that the minutes of April 12th, 2018 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4328 Loon, Prekindergarten through grade 12 education, including general education, education excellence, special education, facilities and technology, libraries, early childhood and family sup-port, self-sufficiency and lifelong learning, and state agency funding provided; and money appro-priated. (Governor’s Supplemental)
Representative Loon moved HF4328 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
Representative Loon moved the H4328DE2 amendment.
Nonpartisan staff provided a walkthrough of the H4328DE2 amendment.
