MINUTES
Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on January 18th, 2017, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fabian called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Lueck moved to adopt the minutes of January 17th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Kirk Koudelka, Assistant Commissioner, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and Greta Gauthier, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, provided an overview of rulemaking authority.
John Jaschke, Executive Director, Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, and Angie Becker-Kudelka, Assistant Director for Strategy and Operations, Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, provided an agency overview and an update on wetland bank closures.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 A.M.
