Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM on February 15th, 2017, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fabian called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Hornstein moved to adopt the minutes of February 14th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Barb Juelich, Chief Financial Officer, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, provided an overview of the 2018-2019 Department Budget Request.
Jim Leach, Fish and Wildlife Director, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, provided testimony and answered questions about the Fish and Wildlife Division.
Luke Skinner, Ecological and Water Resources Director, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, provided testimony and answered questions about the Ecological and Water Resources Division.
Forrest Boe, Forestry Director, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, provided testimony and answered questions about the Forestry Division.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:59 AM.
