Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 AM on March 15th, 2017, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fabian called the meeting to order at 8:17 AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Uglem moved to adopt the minutes of March 14th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 2212 (Peterson) Landfill cleanup program modified.
Representative Fabian moved HF 2212 to be laid over for possible inclusion into an omnibus bill.
Representative Fabian moved the H2212A17 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Fabian renewed the motion that HF 2212 as amended be laid over for possible inclusion into an omnibus bill.
HF 1233 (Lueck) Boundary Waters Canoe Area school trust land sale funding provided, appropriation availability extended, and money appropriated.
Representative Lueck moved HF 1233 to be laid over for possible inclusion into an omnibus bill.
