MINUTES

Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM on March 28, 2018, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Torkelson moved the approval of the March 27, 2018 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4003 (Runbeck) Enforcement of water appropriation permit conditions temporarily prohibited.

Representative Fabian moved HF4003 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Fabian moved the H4003DE-2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Heintzeman assumed the gavel at 8:18 AM.

Representative Fabian assumed the gavel at 8:19 AM.

Representative Torkelson moved the H3960A-1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Fabian moved HF3441 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Fabian moved the H3441DE-1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF3352 (Heintzeman) Environment and natural resource trust funds appropriated, previous appropriations corrected, requirements for receipt of fund money modified, and money appropriated.

Representative Fabian moved HF3352 be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Representative Hanson disclosed that he has property adjacent to appropriation property referred to on P.21, L.21.29 of HF3352.

Representative Fabian moved the H3352A-1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Fabian moved the H3352A-2 amendment.

Representative Hansen requested a roll call vote on the H3352A-2 amendment. The results are as follows:

Representative Ecklund moved the H3352A-3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hansen moved the H3352A-6 amendment and asked for a roll call vote on the amendment. The results are as follows:

After the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee adjourned, we were notified that Representative Wagenius voted pass and not yes as was reported.
