Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 AM on April 11, 2018, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Clark Johnson moved the approval of the April 10, 2018, minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3216 (Schomacker) Ban on open-air swine basins clarified to exclude truck washes.
Representative Fabian moved HF3216 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future bill.

HF4070 (Fabian) County interim permitting of existing demolition debris land disposal facilities allowed until a new permit is issued under revised rules.
Representative Fabian moved HF4070 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future bill.
Representative Fabian moved the HF4070DE-2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
