Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Policy, began the meeting at 10:15AM on January 12th 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair O’Driscoll called the meeting to order at 10:15AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Masin moved to approve the minutes of January 11th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee heard a presentation from the Secretary of State.

The committee heard a presentation from the Campaign Finance & Public Disclosure Board.
