MINUTES

Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Policy, began the meeting at 10:15AM on February 8th, 2017, in the Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair O’Driscoll called the meeting to order at 10:15AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Nelson moved to approve the minutes of February 7th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF600 (Garofalo) Employment mandates on private employers uniformity provided.

Chair O’Driscoll moved that HF600 come before the committee.

Chair O’Driscoll moved that HF600 be re-referred to the Ways & Means Committee.

Representative Garofalo testified on HF600.

Chair O’Driscoll renewed the motion that HF600 be re-referred to the Ways & Means Committee.
